- Customers can book services through our website, by phone, or via email.

- Appointments must be confirmed by our team, and any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

- SD Shine reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen 

 circumstances such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or emergencies.

3. Pricing and Payment

- Service pricing is based on the scope of work and will be communicated clearly before any work begins.

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, and online payment platforms.

4. Service Limitations and Expectations

- While SD Shine uses high powered equipment and cleaning solutions, we cannot be held   responsible for damage to surfaces or vehicles resulting from pre-existing conditions, including   but not limited to cracks, chips, and wear and tear.

- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all areas to be serviced are free of obstacles and   that any fragile items are removed.

5. Liability Disclaimer

- By agreeing to our services, customers accept all risks associated with the work performed.   We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may   occur during or after our services.

- Customers are encouraged to inspect serviced areas before and after the job is completed.

6. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

- Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to address any issues.
